Rayans এর হেড অফিস থেকে নিয়েছি। আমার ল্যাপটপে SSD কার্ড লাগানোর পরে Wi-Fi পাচ্ছিল না। ওদের কথা মত এই ডংগলটি কিনি। কিন্তু বাসায় এসে দেখি Wi-Fi ঠিক হয়ে গিয়েছে। পরীক্ষা থাকায় তখনই ওদের অফিসে যেতে পারিনি। এখন গেলে, বলছে কোম্পানি পলিসি অনুযায়ী রিফান্ডের অপশন নেই। 😓
